Terms

RideProCar is committed to providing the party with the transportation described above professionally, safely, and on schedule.


If a mechanical problem, chauffeur emergency, scheduling issue, or another circumstance within RideProCar’s control affects the reserved service, RideProCar will first make every reasonable effort to provide a comparable replacement vehicle and professional chauffeur at no additional charge. If RideProCar cannot provide the contracted service or a suitable replacement, the party will receive a 100% refund of all payments made for the affected service.


Event Booking Protection


· Voluntary withdrawal: If the party voluntarily cancels the reservation before the event date, RideProCar will refund 50% of the payments received, provided written notice is submitted before the scheduled service.


· Qualifying unforeseen event cancellation: If the event must be canceled before the event date because of a documented serious illness, hospitalization, death, or an unexpected venue closure beyond the party's control, RideProCar will provide a 100% refund of all payments received.


· Rescheduling: If the event is postponed instead of canceled, RideProCar will make every reasonable effort to transfer all payments to the new date without penalty, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.



· Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [10] business days. Refund protection is limited to the amount actually paid to RideProCar and does not include costs paid to other event vendors.


Payment of the reservation amount confirms acceptance of the event transportation details and booking-protection terms stated in this message.
